	In a well located, distinct building, in the quiet area of Monteverde (green hill), just 5 minutes to Trastevere and historic center , there is this just restored apartment (July 2003). Very well connected by public transport to all the other parts of the “Eternal City".
	The flat is a very quiet and comfortable two room accomodation . Very well furnished (all new furniture) with king size + single bed in the bedroom and king size bed sofa in the living room. Balcony with view on Villa Pamphili park. Bathroom with shower. Well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine. TV color - Private parking.
	Shops, supermarket, bar , restaurants, pizzerias within 100-200 meters.
