POLICIES

Deposit: required for each night to guarantee reservation. See below

Cancellations: from booking to 30 20 days days prior to check-in Euro € 25.00 will be kept as expenses fee.
The last 30  20 days full deposit will be kept.
In case of earlier leaving, deposit for remaining nights will be lost

We reserve the right to change the reservation (into a similiar kind of accomodation) in case of circumstances beyond our control

Payments:
- for deposit: personal check, money order, credit cards
- for balance: cash, traveller's checks - Have Euro Balance ready upon arrival

In case of leaving without payment of the balance, we will charge the amount due on your credit card + extra 10% for expenses

Check-in: 10.00 A.M. - 09.00 P.M., but it's important to advise it 3 days in advance. Failure to do say may result in no one being there to admit you on arrival

On Sunday check-in must be before 11.00 a.m. or after 7.00 p.m. (please advise in advance)

Check-out: 10:00 A.M.

Prices shown: in Euro € currency 

Discount: 10% for at least 7 nights stay - Travel agents - Airlines employeers - Military
